All Beroqk products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This ensures each piece is created specifically for you — with intention, precision, and minimal waste.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, it enters production.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or high demand, this may extend slightly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after fulfillment):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping during promotional periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • Customs clearance may delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@beroqk.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant details so we can resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to sender due to address issues, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
