Refund policy

Beroqk Return & Refund Policy

All Beroqk products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@beroqk.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to the size guide before ordering)

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Gift cards or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a confirmed issue with your order, we may issue a replacement. Otherwise, please place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to return your item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. To initiate an EU return, contact support@beroqk.com.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Items lost in transit

  • Products that arrive damaged or misprinted

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@beroqk.com.
